HUNTSVILLE -Madison Police have identified the woman found on June 17, 2015 in a pond at 200 Colonial Lake Drive . 28 year-old, Shane Aubry McCally , of Madison, Alabama was found in the pond at the   Colonial Grand Apartments apartment complex around 8 pm Wednesday night . The victim, who hasn’t been identified, was shot inside a vehicle just before 2 a.m. in the area of the 3100 block of 34th Street. While no suspects have been identified, investigators say there is not threat to the community. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Boulder Police at 303-441-3333. GREAT FALLS - [embedded content] GREAT FALLS - Black Eagle Volunteer Fire Department officials say the department has garnered a lot of attention from across the country and even beyond thanks to photos posted online Wednesday . The department posted an image of a charred hawk holding a snake. Both died after the snake smacked into a power line as it was struggling to escape the bird's grasp. The sparks from the encounter flew to the dry ground below, which triggered a 40-acre fire along  Rainbow Dam Road east of Black Eagle and north of the Missouri River. There were no (human) injuries, and no homes or buildings were damaged. Several utility poles were damaged. Fire officials in Cascade County say this isn't the first time wildlife has been responsible for starting a fire. But filling ground- floor retail space underneath apartment buildings is a different matter, especially in sleepy corners of neighborhoods still developing. An 18-year-old in Alexandria, Virginia, is accused of trying to rob someone on a bike trail and then grabbing a woman in an apartment building nearby .  Joshua Sprinkle, of Alexandria, was arrested and charged with attempted robbery, attempted abduction and sexual battery. Police believe there may be additional victims.  Alexandria police responded about 3:25 p.m. Monday, Aug. 14 to an attempted robbery on a bike trail near Holmes Run Parkway . According to police, a man grabbed the victim from behind and demanded money. The victim struggled with the man, and the man ran away. Only 35 minutes later, at about 4 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of N. Jordan Street after an assault was reported. Palm Beacher Thomas B. D’Agostino Sr. and his son, Thomas B. D’Agostino Jr., acting as trustees of a family trust, won the foreclosure judgment in a multi-year case with “a long and tortured history,” in the words of Judge Richard L. In a victory for broadband overbuilders, a Louisville, Ky., U.S. District Court Judge has ruled that a local "one touch make ready " ordinance related to access to utility poles is within the city's right to manage rights of way, granting a city request for that summary judgment and denying AT&T's request that it declare the ordinance unlawful and block enforcement. AT&T and the Louisville Metro Council had filed cross motions for summary judgment, and the city prevailed. AT&T had sought to overturn the "one touch" ordinance, which had been sought by Google Fiber, that made it easier for competitors to AT&T (BellSouth), like Google, to attach to utility poles, including rearranging existing BellSouth attachments without providing notice to AT&T beforehand unless it would cause an outage.
