A new senior housing complex is getting ready to take off this winter in Mission. The Aspen Village complex could start construction in December at the Mission Crossing development on the west edge of the city. The market-rate apartments are planned to have 101 units, according to Jeff Berg at LANE4 Property Group , which is developing the complex. It will have both one- and two-bedroom apartments. Eater Boston got a tip about signage going up at the under- construction Tremont apartment complex (1480 Tremont St.), and Chilcates owner Socrates Abreu confirmed he’s currently working with architects and planners to design the forthcoming restaurant. While his original location near Stony Brook was joined by a second outpost on the well- traveled Centre Street this past winter, the Mission Hill location will be Chilacates’ first location built from the floor up.
