CHARLOTTE, N.C.--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) today announced that its financing subsidiary, Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp . (MMCC), has arranged $35.8 million in refinancing for Aurora Apartments in Charlotte, North Carolina.
