The sleepy village of Cranleigh could see yet more housing developed there if plans for another 119 new homes are approved by the council. A fresh planning application for the new settlement, off Horsham Road, was lodged with Waverley Borough Council earlier this month August. Prior to the latest application, developer Crest Nicholson had already been granted permission for 149 homes to be built in the first phase of another development.
