PASADENA, Texas - A 16-year-old was taken by Life Flight to Texas Children's Hospital overnight Wednesday after he was shot in the stomach at an apartment complex in Pasadena, officers said.  The shooting was reported around 11 p.m. in the 4800 block of Sycamore Avenue. Officers said a black male knocked on an apartment door and claimed that his car had been hit in the parking lot.  The father of the victim said he opened the door to talk to the who man pointed a gun at him and forced his way into the apartment.  The man threatened to shoot the family dog, and the victim's father started to struggle with the man trying to take the gun from him.  The victim's father said he shoved him outside and the gun went off, ricocheted off the living room floor and struck the teen.  The accused assailant n a green four-door Buick. TULSA -- Police said two people were stabbed in a domestic incident at an East Tulsa apartment complex Sunday night . Officers responded to the Boulder Ridge Apartments near 31st and 145th East Avenue around 11 p.m. Officers discovered a woman who told them her boyfriend stabbed her. You was transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Officers were later dispatched to a nearby QuikTrip where they made contact with the victim's boyfriend. That man told them his girlfriend stabbed him. He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Neither party was able to give a full statement due to their injuries. A 23-year-old man was shot to death in an Ocala apartment complex Saturday night . By Austin L. MillerStaff writer A 23-year-old man was shot to death in an Ocala apartment complex Saturday night . On Sunday morning, the shooter was still at large. The Ocala Police Department identified the dead man as Delvontaye Boyd , who lived in the apartment at Laurel Park Apartments where the body was found. Police got a call about shots fired at Laurel Park, 100 NW 23rd Ave ., Unit 1822, at about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, according to OPD. The first officer arrived at 9:33 p.m., went up to the third floor, entered the apartment and found the man dead from a gunshot wound. The officer called for assistance, and the area was roped off with crime-scene tape. Officers said witnesses noticed a male leaving the area who got into an unknown vehicle. LAUREL, MS (WDAM) - Firefighters battled a large blaze after a Laurel apartment building caught fire on Tuesday evening. According to Jones County Fire Council , Shady Grove and Sharon Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the scene of a fire on Holly Drive at the Laurel North Apartments , and additional units were called for backup because the building was fully involved.  Upon arrival, firefighters discovered that the fire was rapidly spreading through the building's attic, catching other apartments on fire.  Initial reports indicated that the apartments were empty, but upon arrival, some residents began to speculate that others were still inside. Firefighters searched the apartments and found no one trapped inside and later confirmed that that everyone was accounted for, according to the fire council.  Three dogs were reported to be inside the apartments and firefighters managed to rescue two as others battled the blaze.
