CLOSE TO UNIVERSAL/DISNEY/DOWNTOWN -COOL APARTMENT

Sergio was responsive. Place was a basic place to stay. Nothing fancy. Sergio has made some nice upgrades (new flooring in some places, etc), but some things need some attention, like the Dishwasher wasn't working ( he had left a note on it saying so.) Furniture is mostly Ikea, so new, but kitchen set was small and not necessarily comfy. Biggest issue is that the cleaning folks had not done a thorough job, but should that improve, it would be a fine place to stay. Location is very convenient to things!!
