I lived here for almost 3 years while attending Cal Poly and only moved after graduation. Marcos was very helpful during the application process & during my move out. He was always available with any maintenance or questions I had and was very kind. The unit is now owned by California West; when the ownership changed, my rent was raised and I wasn't able to pay my rent onsite anymore:(

Each unit comes with one uncovered parking spot and a one car garage which is perfect since each unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath.

There is a pool and hot tub, which is always clean and most people don't use so you can the pool to yourself often.

Also, there are laundry facilities which are always clean and maintained. You have a key to the facility which makes it nice and comfortable if you're every doing laundry at odd times.

The grounds are maintained beautifully by Marcos. There are a variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees which attract lovely pollinators, birds, and even deer in the evening.

Overall, I highly recommend these apartments.
