Pine View Circle apartments taking applications for fall occupancy | News

TYRE — Applications are being accepted for apartments at Pine View Circle, a new, 48-unit complex on Route 318 just east of Route 414.

Construction of the complex is continuing, with occupancy expected by October.

Pine View is a half-mile from del Lago Resort & Casino in Tyre and 6.5 miles from Waterloo Premium Outlets in Junius.

One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are available. Some have disabled access or can be adapted for those with sight and hearing impairments. Section 8 rent assistance is available.

One-bedroom apartments rent for $470 to $850. Two-bedroom apartments range from $550 to $1,000, and three-bedroom units range from $450 to $1,200 per month.

Pine View Circle is a project of Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services. It is funded by New York State Housing Trust Fund Corp., New York State Home and Community Renewal, Key Bank and Enterprise Community Partners.
