New Apartments At Willow Run

Sioux Falls, SD

High-end apartments are planned for lots around Willow Run Golf Course. 

Tom Walsh Sr., owner of Willow Run, is partnering with developer Craig Lloyd on 34 lots surrounding the golf course.  They plan to build 160 to 170 high-end apartments at a cost of $15 to $20 million. 

Walsh is also incorporating the Willow Run course into the new GreatLife Malaska Golf & Fitness Clubs.
