Better than Craigslist for apartments | Washington, DC

Well the most difficult thing with that is that very few apartment buildings are actually rated, or rated by enough people to substantiate a business. It would certainly make it a much more viable site for renters if people actually gave their input on where they live, but I can understand why a lot of people obviously wouldn't want to divulge their exact location.
