Escondido Apartment Property Sells for $15 Million

San Diego-based Carv Properties LLC has purchased a 62-unit apartment property in Escondido for $15 million, according to brokerage firm ACRE Investment Real Estate.

The seller of Avanti Apartments, at 1400 Oak Hill Drive, was Avanti Family Limited Partnership of San Diego. The buyer was represented by ACRE’s Bill Anderson, and the seller was represented by ACRE’s Rob Horvath.

Brokers said the eight-building apartment complex was built on approximately 4.37 acres in 1989.
