Mike Crespi The place is a dump!

I just got burned out of my apartment from a fire on Dec. 21st. I had to complain several times over a month to get weather stripping on the door that doesn't seal. I never got my window screens that I complained about for months. Now I have to move to a motel and deal with insurance adjusters and try to salvage my stuff that survived, irreplacable stuff.

Signature Place Apartments in Marietta, GA provided me with poor customer service. Initially, I was told that I would be able to qualify for the apartment based on the rental rate on the unit. After constantly calling to follow up on my application status, which should have been completed within 72 hours, I was told that I did not qualify. When I asked why I was denied, I was told that they used the Market Rate of the apartment and that my income was too low. However, if the rental rate was used which was what I had been told I would qualify. I called back several times to speak with management regarding the information that was given to me at the time of my application that caused me to submit an application for a unit that I KNEW I would not qualify for if they used the market rate and the manager never called back. Finally, after leaving messages and calling at various times I was able to speak to the manager and she basically dismissed me and told me to put my concerns in writing.
