Apartment complex has Business Center, Club House, Community Center, Fitness Center and Fitness Trails, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Dog Parks, Playgrounds, Picnic Tables and Grilling Areas. Very safe complex within the Mount Washington area with beautiful historic homes, train station, and restaurants w...ithin 15 minutes walking. Whole Foods and lots of grocery options nearby. Responsive maintenance and friendly office staff.

Pets allowed with refundable pet deposit and $35 per month additional pet rent.

Plethora of free parking. Easy access to downtown Baltimore via 83 and to Towson/695.

If desired, Bonnie Ridge Apartment complex would establish a new lease with you, taking over our previous lease until June 10th, 2018. At that point, you could chose to renew your lease for any length of time.
