Escondido Apartment Property Sells for $15 Million

San Diego- based Carv Properties LLC has purchased a 62- unit apartment property in Escondido for $15 million, according to brokerage firm ACRE Investment Real Estate . The seller of Avanti Apartments , at 1400 Oak Hill Drive , was Avanti Family Limited Partnership of San Diego. The buyer was represented by ACRE’s Bill Anderson, and the seller was represented by ACRE’s Rob Horvath. Brokers said the eight- building apartment complex was built on approximately 4.37 acres in 1989.
